This product is elaborately prepared by Taiwan Zhaomen Co***ny. ItĄŻs applicable in extensive scope. Strong milk flavor enriches flavor of products. I Applicable object: Cake, butter bread, chocolate, sesame seed cake, cookies, beverage, ice cream, fried peanut, melon seeds, horsebean and other foods.
II Effect 1. Strong and pure milk flavor powder enriches flavor of finished goods. 2. Good heat resistance. Flavor wouldnĄŻt loss or reduce after heated.
II Method of Application: Directly add to materials.
IV. Use as needed. Generally use 0.1~0.3% as it has high purity and low dosage.
V. Preservation To be stored in dry and cool place, fasten down the seal after opened and used it to avoid outflow of aroma.
VI Notes: The only intention to add spice for food is to enrich aroma of food and enhance appetite to increase commercial value of product.
